outdoor swimming locations. Many trails are marked and will allow
you to truly appreciate the serenity of this beautiful area.
Maps and suggestions are always available from our staff.
In and around Kvernepollen are many uninhabited islands and small coves
you can call your own. Why not pack a picnic, explore these beautiful
islands, swim and enjoy the experience of finding your own little piece of
Norway!
For a fascinating showcase in how energy and natural resources have been
used in this area for the last 10000 years, the Coastal Museum is just a
10 minute walk away. |

Indors activities:
Just a 20 minute drive from Kvernepollen towards Bergen, is Vannkanten and
Iskanten, one of the areas best indoor water parks with swimming, bowling,
curling and ice rinks which is open all year. Adjacent to the park
is a large shopping center with a good variety of shops.
If you like you can take the local bus from Kvernepollen, drive yourself
or we will gladly arrange transportation for you.
